The Dressing

Instructions
- Combine slaw ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to marinate.
- Add extra red cabbage and olive oil before serving, then toss again.
