Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with baking paper, lightly coated with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder and sugars until it resembles coarse sand.
- Add the yogurt and vanilla to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring until the dough is moist.
- Wrap the chocolate dough around the caramel balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheets.
- Sprinkle the tops with sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until almost set, then cool on the pans for 2-3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
