Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped peaches, corn, halved tomatoes, diced red onion, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
- Gently stir in the diced avocado.
- Add the fresh lime juice and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Gently stir again and serve immediately.
