Vegetarian BLT Sandwich

Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread lightly and set aside.
- Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds and sprinkle with salt.
- Cut the halloumi into strips and pat dry to remove moisture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until warm.
- Add halloumi slices to the skillet and cook until golden on both sides.
- Remove cooked cheese and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread slices.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, and halloumi on the bread, then top with remaining bread.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
