Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Quinoa
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 units eggs
  • ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp smoked garlic powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Beat the eggs and mix them with the other ingredients.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into tight balls to bind the ingredients.
  3. 3. Prepare the grill for medium direct heat and heat a cast iron skillet or griddle.
  4. 4. Add butter to the hot skillet or griddle.
  5. 5. Place the quinoa burger on the skillet, flatten it slightly, and sear one side for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Flip the burger and cook until a crust forms on the other side, adding cheese if desired.
  7. 7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
