Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs and mix them with the other ingredients.
- 2. Form the mixture into tight balls to bind the ingredients.
- 3. Prepare the grill for medium direct heat and heat a cast iron skillet or griddle.
- 4. Add butter to the hot skillet or griddle.
- 5. Place the quinoa burger on the skillet, flatten it slightly, and sear one side for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Flip the burger and cook until a crust forms on the other side, adding cheese if desired.
- 7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
