Ingredients

The oats

  • 2 ¼ cup gluten free rolled oats

The yogurt and milk

  • 8 ounces non dairy yogurt or regular vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces almond milk

The flavorings

  • 2–3 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

The protein

  • 1–2 scoops vanilla collagen protein powder

For serving

  • to taste orange slices
  • to taste fresh mint or thyme
  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine oats in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix yogurt, milk, orange juice, honey, vanilla, and collagen.
  3. Pour the mixture over the oats, stir well, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  4. Once thickened, portion the oats into bowls and garnish with orange slices and mint if desired. Add cinnamon or extra sweetener if desired.
