Orange Vanilla Protein Overnight Oats

The yogurt and milk

non dairy yogurt or regular vanilla Greek yogurt

almond milk

fresh orange juice

vanilla collagen protein powder

Instructions
- Combine oats in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, milk, orange juice, honey, vanilla, and collagen.
- Pour the mixture over the oats, stir well, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
- Once thickened, portion the oats into bowls and garnish with orange slices and mint if desired. Add cinnamon or extra sweetener if desired.
