Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dry the chicken with paper towels.
- Toss the chicken with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add olive oil and 1 Tbsp of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and cook until golden brown on one side, about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining butter, garlic, and parsley, and cook for 1 more minute until the chicken is fully cooked.
