Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm.
- Add butter and chicken broth to the skillet, scraping the bottom to deglaze.
- Reduce heat to low, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the pan, flipping to coat in sauce, and heat if necessary.
- Serve the chicken with the pan juices spooned over it.
