Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken

Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook until it reaches 165°F, about 5-6 more minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover it with foil to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until lightly golden.
- Stir in flour and cook until lightly golden.
- Whisk in the milk and add cream cheese, thyme, and rosemary, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the sauce until it simmers and the cream cheese melts.
- Return the chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
