Creamy Garlic Chicken

The sauce

heavy cream

parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breast tenders with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan.
- Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Remove the chicken and garlic from the pan and cover to keep warm.
- Wipe out the pan and melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, cooking for 3-4 minutes until reduced by half.
- Stir in the cream and simmer for another 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is thickened.
- Return the chicken and garlic to the sauce, spooning some sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
