The sauce

garlic, peeled and minced

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken seasoning by mixing all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with the prepared seasoning.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Brown the chicken breasts in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium and sauté the minced onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Deglaze the pan with white wine and let it cook down for 1 minute.
- Add the remaining butter and fresh thyme to the skillet, stirring until melted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the butter sauce.
- Cover the skillet and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
