Garlic Butter Chicken and Mushrooms

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in a single layer for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove and keep warm.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the same pan and add the mushrooms, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add the remaining butter and Italian seasoning, stirring until melted.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then stir in lemon juice and parsley before serving.
