Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions
- Drain and squeeze out as much liquid from the grated cucumber as possible.
- Add the squeezed cucumber to a mixing bowl and discard the liquid.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in the bowl: yogurt, garlic, olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until fully combined and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with warm pita bread and/or vegetables.
