Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients

seeded and finely chopped

plain Greek yogurt

fresh lemon juice

sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Place chopped cucumber in a strainer and sprinkle well with salt. Allow to sit over a bowl for 30 minutes.
- 2. With a clean dish cloth, gently squeeze out excess moisture from the cucumber.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and salt.
- 4. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
