Cheesy Nutritional Yeast Kale Chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Remove the stems from the kale leaves and tear each leaf into about 2-inch pieces.
- Rinse the kale leaves to remove any dirt and dry them thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil until fully coated.
- Place the kale on a large sheet pan and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and salt.
- Arrange the kale pieces without overlapping them on the pan.
- Bake the kale for 15-20 minutes, starting to check at 10 minutes to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven when crisp and enjoy immediately.
