All-Dressed Kale Chips

fine grain sea salt or pink Himalayan sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the stems of the kale and tear them into large pieces, then wash and dry thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, massage the oil into the kale until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the spices and toss to combine.
- Spread the kale in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then rotate the pan and bake for another 12-15 minutes until firm.
- Cool the kale on the sheet for 3 minutes before serving.
