Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 9x13 baking dish for 3-5 minutes in the oven.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add flour, milk, and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the melted buttered dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- While the pancake bakes, melt the remaining butter in a pan and cook the sliced apples for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water, then add to the apples along with brown sugar and cinnamon, cooking until tender.
- Once the pancake is done, top it with the apple mixture, sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
