For soaking
Instructions
- Soak cashews in hot water for 3 hours or in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Drain the soaked cashews.
- Blend the cashews with plant-based milk, lemon juice, garlic, arugula, and basil until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
