Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Sear the cubed beef on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours until the meat and vegetables are tender.
