Marbled Tahini Chocolate Cups

Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with 9 to 12 muffin liners.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, and if needed, microwave for another 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a small bowl, mix tahini, brown rice syrup or honey, and a pinch of salt without fully blending.
- Add a scant tablespoon of dark chocolate to half the liners and white chocolate to the remaining liners, then tap the muffin tin to even out the chocolate.
- Create swirls by adding drops of white chocolate to dark chocolate cups and vice versa, then run a knife through them.
- Freeze for 5 minutes, then add a teaspoon of the tahini mixture to each cup and freeze again for another 5 minutes.
- For marbled tops, work in batches to add white chocolate and dark chocolate drops, swirl, and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
