Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare the sauce by heating soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan until boiling, then simmer until thick.
- Spread the chicken and chopped vegetables on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle half the sauce over them.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Drizzle the remaining sauce over the dish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
