Ingredients

The base

  • 2 cans (15 oz) chick peas
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp tahini (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium clove fresh garlic
  • 2 pkgs (1 oz) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup water (as needed)

Garnish

  • to taste chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Add chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and seasoning mix to a food processor.
  2. Add in ¼ cup water and blend until smooth, about 4 minutes, adding more water as needed to thin.
  3. Plate the hummus, swirl it, drizzle with more olive oil, and garnish with parsley if desired.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
