Instructions
- Add chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and seasoning mix to a food processor.
- Add in ¼ cup water and blend until smooth, about 4 minutes, adding more water as needed to thin.
- Plate the hummus, swirl it, drizzle with more olive oil, and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Store in the refrigerator.
