Ranch Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15.5 oz), drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the processor bowl halfway through to ensure even processing.
