Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15.5 oz), drained and rinsed
  • cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process for 2-5 minutes until smooth, stopping halfway to scrape down the sides.
