Fiesta Hummus

dry taco seasoning

black beans, canned, drained and rinsed

frozen corn kernels

Instructions
- Mix 1½ teaspoons of taco seasoning into the hummus until well combined.
- In a small skillet, heat canola oil over medium heat.
- Add black beans and corn to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and tomatoes, cooking for an additional minute.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add the remaining ¼ teaspoon of taco seasoning, stirring to coat.
- Remove from heat and pile the mixture onto the center of the hummus.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
