Sous Vide Pork Chops

Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and set the sous vide immersion circulator to 140°F.
- Season each pork chop generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in a food-safe bag along with the herbs, garlic, and olive oil, then seal the bag using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method.
- Once the water bath is ready, submerge the sealed bag in the water and cook for 1 hour.
- Near the end of the cooking time, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
- Remove the pork chops from the bag and sear them in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve the pork chops immediately with your choice of sides.
