Air-Fryer Blueberry Muffins

Instructions
- Spray a silicone mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking oil.
- Combine the frozen blueberries, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl and stir.
- In a small bowl, combine the applesauce, egg, butter, vanilla extract, and milk, then stir.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir to combine.
- Fill the muffin wells ¾ of the way full with batter.
- Place the muffin pan in the air fryer and set the temperature to 360°F for 10 minutes.
- After baking, transfer the muffins to a cooling rack and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
