Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl.
- In a stand mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Incorporate the pumpkin and maple syrup, then gradually mix in the flour mixture and oats.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes until lightly browned.

- Prepare the glaze by whisking together melted butter, powdered sugar, maple syrup, maple extract, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
