Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in the oats and pecans if using.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Drop dough onto the sheets and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
