Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup, and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Form the dough into small balls and press them into cookie shapes on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool on the sheet.
