Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Blend the almond milk, banana, molasses, dates, flaxseed, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, salt, cloves, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Mix the blended ingredients with the uncooked quinoa and steel cut oatmeal in a bowl, and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for one hour.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 30-45 minutes before slicing and serving, optionally topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
