Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Rinse the cauliflower and pat dry. Remove the outer leaves and trim the bottom to make it flat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, basil, parsley, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper to create the sauce.
- Place the cauliflower upside down in a Dutch oven and drizzle half of the sauce over it, allowing it to drip down the core. Flip and drizzle the remaining sauce.
- Cover the Dutch oven and bake for 35-45 minutes until tender.
- Remove the lid, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top, and broil for about 5 minutes until browned.
