Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 head Cauliflower

The sauce

  • cup Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • ½ tsp Sea salt (or more to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Rinse the cauliflower and pat dry. Remove the outer leaves and trim the bottom to make it flat.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, basil, parsley, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper to create the sauce.
  4. Place the cauliflower upside down in a Dutch oven and drizzle half of the sauce over it, allowing it to drip down the core. Flip and drizzle the remaining sauce.
  5. Cover the Dutch oven and bake for 35-45 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove the lid, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top, and broil for about 5 minutes until browned.
