Roasted Cauliflower

The seasoning

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- 2. Place the cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
- 3. Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then toss and continue roasting until tender and browned, about 10 minutes longer.
- 4. Add garlic, parsley, and thyme, and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- 5. Toss the cauliflower with parmesan and lemon juice, then serve warm.
