Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 extra large cauliflower (2 1/2 to 3 lbs)

The seasoning

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • tsp minced fresh thyme
  • 3 Tbsp shredded parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. 2. Place the cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
  3. 3. Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then toss and continue roasting until tender and browned, about 10 minutes longer.
  4. 4. Add garlic, parsley, and thyme, and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the cauliflower with parmesan and lemon juice, then serve warm.
