Easy Brown Spanish Rice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add brown rice and cook while stirring for 1 minute.
- Add water, vegetable bouillon cube, tomato paste, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
