Ingredients

The tacos

  • 4 to 6 tortillas tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 2 limes limes
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • ½ avocado avocado
  • ½ mango mango
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta or cotija cheese
  • 1 sliced serrano pepper
  • to taste sriracha
  • to taste sea salt

Spicy mayo

  • cup mayo
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Instructions

  1. Combine black beans with 1 tablespoon of lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
  2. Make the spicy mayo by stirring together mayonnaise and sriracha.
  3. Toss the cabbage with lime juice and salt.
  4. Fill each tortilla with cabbage, avocado slices, black beans, mango, cilantro, spicy mayo, and feta cheese.
  5. Serve with sliced serrano peppers, extra sriracha, and lime slices on the side.
