Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except sea salt in a saucepan and whisk to mix.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes to reduce and concentrate the sauce.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with sea salt as needed.
- Transfer to a jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
