Vegan Cheesy Taco Pasta

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and crumble in the veggie burger, adding taco seasoning. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium, add reserved pasta water, cooked pasta, salsa, and shredded vegan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve immediately.
