Quick Tomato Salsa

fresh raw corn, kernels removed

red onion, finely chopped

fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
- Stand the corn on end in a large bowl and cut the kernels off with a sharp knife.
- Put the corn in a medium mixing bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to blend flavors.
