Peanut Butter Chicken

The sauce

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the chicken and cornstarch (or almond flour) until well coated.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and water until smooth.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and mix until coated. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve, optionally garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
