Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 350 g firm tofu, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Mediterranean-Inspired Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Taco Seasoning-Inspired

  • tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • tsp chili powder
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp harissa seasoning
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes

Bacon Bit-Inspired

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • tsp salt

Beef Stew-Inspired

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • tbsp garlic powder
  • tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • tsp salt
  • 3 leaves bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Drain the excess water from the tofu package and crumble it into a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  4. Set the mixture onto the prepared tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  5. Enjoy the tofu with any dish you desire or eat it as a high-protein snack.
