Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Drain the excess water from the tofu package and crumble it into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Set the mixture onto the prepared tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Enjoy the tofu with any dish you desire or eat it as a high-protein snack.
