Honey Mustard Salmon

The vegetables

broccoli florets

Instructions
- Mix dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, soy sauce, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water to the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes more until tender, then season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Heat the remaining olive oil over high heat, season the salmon with salt and pepper, and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
- Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with the honey mustard mixture, place sauce side down in the pan, and cook for 1 more minute.
- Return the broccoli to the pan with the salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle with remaining honey mustard mixture and serve, optionally garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
