Honey Mustard Salmon

The honey mustard sauce

whole grain mustard

honey

garlic, peeled and minced

fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F or heat a grill to medium.
- Prepare the honey mustard sauce by whisking all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and mist it with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon in the center of the foil and spoon the honey mustard sauce over it, spreading it evenly.
- Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
- For oven cooking, bake for 14-15 minutes until almost cooked through, then broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the top.
- For grilling, cook the packet for 12-14 minutes, then open and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
