Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the salmon filet into 2-inch wide pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and place in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the old-style mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and turmeric, then whisk until smooth.
- Spread the honey mustard glaze evenly over each piece of salmon.
- Bake the salmon for 11 minutes.
