Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 pieces skinless salmon fillets

The sauce

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 13 by 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. 2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Season the bottoms of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then lay them in the baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  4. 4. Brush the butter mixture over the salmon fillets and season the tops lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 13 minutes until done.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
