Baked Salmon with Buttery Honey Mustard Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 13 by 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
- 3. Season the bottoms of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then lay them in the baking dish, spacing them evenly.
- 4. Brush the butter mixture over the salmon fillets and season the tops lightly with salt and pepper.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 13 minutes until done.
- 6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
