Grilled Dry Rub Honey Mustard Salmon

Instructions
- Mix the dry rub ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Coat the salmon in olive oil and apply the dry rub on top.
- Refrigerate the salmon for 20-30 minutes to let the flavors penetrate.
- Combine the barbecue sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Preheat the grill to 350-400°F and prepare the grates with oil.
- Place the salmon seasoned side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully turn the salmon over, coat with honey mustard barbecue sauce, and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with parsley and lemon zest.
