Instructions
- Preheat the SousVide Supreme to 137°F.
- Season the ground lamb generously with salt and pepper, then add the Tabil seasoning and mix gently.
- Divide the meat into 4 patties and freeze them for 2 hours.
- Vacuum seal the patties, placing two per bag.
- Submerge the sealed patties in the SousVide Supreme for about 2 hours.
- Remove the patties, dry them with paper towels, and arrange them on a baking rack over a foil-lined tray.
- Use a kitchen torch to char the patties evenly, keeping the flame 4-6 inches away.
