Sous Vide Turkish Slider Burgers

Instructions
- Gather and prep your ingredients.
- Heat coconut oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onion with salt and pepper until softened, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Transfer the cooked onion and garlic to a bowl to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, cooled onion mixture, Turkish seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix well without overworking the meat, then form into 8 sliders.
- Place sliders on a plastic-wrap lined platter, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 2 hours.
- Once solid, vacuum seal the patties and store in the fridge.
- Preheat SousVide Supreme to 130°F and cook the sliders for 45 minutes.
- Remove burgers from the water, dry with paper towels, and heat ghee in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear the burgers for about 45 seconds on each side.
