Cabernet and Gorgonzola Burger Sliders

Instructions
- Divide the ground beef into three portions and shape into patties.
- Refrigerate the patties covered until ready to cook.
- Sauté sliced onions in butter, season, and cook until desired tenderness.
- Add Cabernet to onions and simmer until reduced.
- Preheat the grill to 450°F and oil the grates.
- Cook the patties on the grill for about 5 minutes per side until charred.
- Add crumbled Gorgonzola cheese to the patties in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the sliders with spicy mayo, greens, patties, and onions.
