Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup sunflower butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup flaked coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup goji berries (or other dried fruit)
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Press the mixture into an 8x8 pan.
  3. Let it rest in the fridge or freezer overnight.
  4. Store in the fridge or freezer.
