Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, egg, sea salt, and baking soda until smooth.
- Gently fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes, rotating the pan after 5 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Serve warm or cold.
